When I stepped into this bridal shop, I knew it was going to be a magical experience! Boston Bridal Atelier was clean, organized, and the staff were friendly as soon as I walked inside. I was greeted by the manager named Debora who was great. I had a few guests with me and the staff greeted us at the door and explained what the day would look like. I was introduced to a woman named Sol who was so amazing and helpful, who would be helping me with my wedding dress experience! Sol was sweet, caring, and listened to what I liked and did not like. Sol helped guide me into which styles that I would like best based on what I described to her. She was very educated and knew what she was talking about. I picked out 7-8 dresses to try on. Sol came with me to the fitting room and told me to pick my favorite looking dress to try on first. She helped me lift the dresses over my head and found the perfect veil to go with the dresses I was trying on. When I was discouraged about a dress size not fitting, Sol reassured me and made me feel comfortable. I ended up falling in love with the first dress I tried on and bought that dress with the veil! Sol, Debora, and Gretchen, thank you for this magical experience! I could not say enough about my positive experience at Boston Bridal Atelier. They are not pushy at all and are genuine people. The prices are extremely reasonable and they work with your budget when looking for dresses. I highly recommend coming to this bridal shop.

I came in about 5 weeks out from my Wedding. I was struggling to find a black dress. Cristina was determined to help me find something and said, “ I love challenges and you'll be my challenge of the day.” She reassured me that we would find something. I was really picky and she was really understanding and non-judgemental of a plus size woman. I told her exactly what I wanted in the dress and told her I would be open to a white dress if I felt comfortable in it. Cristina also really worked with my budget and I’m so grateful that she helped me find and afford a dress I would remember forever! She found me an amazing ivory dress. Noemia did an amazing job on the alterations and I had my dress ready a week before my wedding.

During COVID 2020 unfortunately was when my now Husband and I were scheduled to get married and that made things challenging for all couples, venues, and vendors...Boston Bridal Atelier was where I bought my wedding gown and the staff was amazing and I could not have been happier with them! They were so nice, flexible, and understanding throughout everything! They were wonderful! I found a wedding dress I had been looking at online for years on the Boston Bridal Atelier website and once I tried it on in their store, I knew it was the one! ....On the day of the wedding the dress looked even better than I had imagined! The dress sparkled in the sunshine on the beach on the wedding day and having the help of the Boston Bridal Atelier's staff the day I picked out the dress and at each fitting to the day I had my dress preserved was priceless during the stressful time of COVID trying to plan a wedding! I would highly recommend Boston Bridal Atelier Inc!

Cristina's was so amazing to work with! I purchased my wedding dress, veil, and earrings from them and couldn't recommend them enough. My first appointment was shortly after the 2018 gas explosions in the Andover area so I expected them to have to reschedule the appointment because everything was closed and the power was out. However, instead they kept the appointment used candles to light the store which showed that they were committed to helping me find my dress and would be reliable to work with! Deb was the woman who worked with me to find my dress and she totally understood my vision. She could tell I wasn't loving the dresses I picked to try on and she suggested one I hadn't even picked out because she thought I’d like it. She was so right and I fell in love with the dress and they were so accommodating and worked with me to add buttons to the back of the dress to bring to life my vision. Every time I went in to try on the dress they were so helpful and answered any questions I had. I did my tailoring there too and found the seamstress to be very professional and helpful when I asked questions about undergarments and timeline. I couldn't recommend them enough and have told everyone they have to go to Boston Bridal Atelier!!
