Appointment Requirements

 

 

  • All customers must have an appointment. 

  • A nonrefundable $50 booking fee for Bridal appointments is required to provide a personalized 1-on-1 experience. This booking fee acts as a deposit on gown purchases made the same day (a nonrefundable $50 booking fee is required for second appointments and is not applicable to a gown purchase)
  • A nonrefundable $30 booking fee for Mother's, Bridesmaid, and Accessories appointments is required to provide a personalized 1-on-1 experience. This booking fee acts as a deposit on gown purchases made the same day (a nonrefundable $30 booking fee is required for second appointments and is not applicable to a gown purchase)
  • We require a 48 hour cancellation fee to receive a refund on your booking fee
  • At this time all styling appointments are Bride (customer) and 4 guests. 

  • Alterations appointments are Bride (customer) and 2 guests. 

  • If you would like to bring additional guests, please call us (978 470 3956) and we will go over appointment options for larger groups.
