GETTING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
HOW DO I GET TO CRISTINA'S?
Cristina's is conveniently located on Main Street in Andover, MA - close to both Rt. 93 & Rt. 495. For specific directions, click here.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
There is 1 hour free parking on Main Street, 2 hour free parking on side streets and a number of metered parking areas are located within walking distance to the store. Please allow extra time to locate a spot.
I’M IN ANDOVER, CAN I STOP BY OR CAN I COME EARLY TO BROWSE YOUR STYLES?
Unfortunately, no. Our appointments are scheduled back to back on the hour. We want all of our brides to have their undivided Cristina's experience. Kindly come back at your appointed time. If you are looking for lunch, we suggest both Yella & Salvatore's restaurants nearby. Starbucks and Brueggers are conveniently located across the street.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I’M RUNNING LATE?
Please call us to let us know how late you will be. Depending on our schedule, we may be able to extend your appointment time. We always do our best to accomdate you. However during peak appointment times (weekend and evening slots), we may not be able to accommodate schedule changes.

HOW LONG IS MY APPOINTMENT?
Your appointment is for one hour. One of our stylists will work with you and your party while you are here. We have dedicated dressing rooms for every department. We need to reserve dressing rooms to ensure every customer receives the service they deserve.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Ideas! Do some research online and let us know your favorite designers or styles before your appointment. Please wear appropriate undergarments. We recommend bringing a strapless bra and a shoe with a heel height similar to what you plan on wearing on your wedding day. Also, bring a fun, happy attitude! This is your special day and choosing your gown should be a fun experience!
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING?
We recommend that you bring a maximum of 2-3 guests per bride. If you need to bring additional guests please let us know when you make your appointment. During peak hours we have limited space and seating.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES?
Yes, of course! We trust that Cristina's service and people will make us the choice for your bridal purchases.

ABOUT OUR DRESSES
WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR DRESSES?
We offer a wide selection of gowns. Our gorgeous bridal gowns range from $1000 to $7900. Bridesmaids range from $200 to $400. We have Mothers of and Special Occasion gowns that range from $400 to $1500. We also have a nice selection of cocktail dresses that range from $150 to $1000.
WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR SAMPLES?
We have a wonderful selection of designer gowns in store. Our bridal samples range in size from 8 to 20. Bridesmaid sample gowns range in size from 8 to 14. Our Special Occasion stock gowns range in size from 4 to 20.
WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIFIC DRESS IN MIND?
Feel free to bring any information you have on your dream dress. We have over 500 wedding gowns in stock. If we don’t have the specific gown you are looking for, we can suggest something similar.
MY BRIDESMAIDS LIVE THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY. CAN YOU SHIP THE DRESSES ANYWHERE?
Yes. We handle this often for our brides. We coordinate the ordering process for you from start to finish and will ship dresses to every state. Unfortunately we cannot ship international shipments directly.
WHAT IF MY BRIDESMAIDS CAN'T COME TO THE STORE?
At Cristina’s we prefer to measure our customers for size. For out of state customers, we recommend they get measured by their local bridal shop, professional tailor or seamstress. For information on how to send us out-of-town measurements, click here.
WHAT IF I GAIN WEIGHT/LOSE WEIGHT AFTER MY FITTING?
While we recommend any weight loss to be completed before your first fitting with the seamstress, we understand that things can change! Don't worry, our talented seamstress team can adjust your gown to fit beautifully.
